Integrity HR is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner/Advisor to Clients for our growing organization. We're looking for the right person who loves HR, and enjoys serving business leaders who need your expertise!

Integrity HR partners with our clients to provide outsourced human resource services for all types and sizes of employers, including serving as the outsourced HR department, conducting professional recruiting engagements, delivering effective leadership development, performing HR audits, preparation of employee handbook development, policy and procedure creation, and helping organizations maintain and retain an engaged and high performing workforce. Due to our increased growth, we are seeking to bring on  team members with a passion for human resources, helping others, and building better workplaces. The successful candidate will have at least 5-10 years of HR experience in a management role, have an immediate command of all the relative employment related laws, have solid employee relations experience, time and project management expertise, self-management, and successful relationship building skills. Additional skills required include:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – you'll write a lot of reports, position descriptions, and client communications in this role so this is key that you communicate well on paper, professionally!
  • Public Speaking and/or Training expertise – you'll present yourself and your "know how" frequently with clients, internally, and with organizations.
  • HR Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM designation) – must have this, or be willing to obtain within 6 months of employment.
  • HR Management experience (5+ years) – the more expertise you have, the better opportunity you have to make a big difference in the lives of our clients and their employees.
  • Positive interactions – we say "yes" to help our clients navigate the tricky waters of HR – and help them figure out how to create a positive outcome for potentially risky situations. A high acclimation to customer service is key to the success of this role.

  • Accountable and independent – we trust our associates will do the right thing and be accountable to clients and each other -so new team members must have a measurable track record in doing what they say they'll do, with excellence, all the time.
  • Excellent problem solver – we solve routine HR matters, and complicated ones.  Being able to think on your feet, creatively, will be a must.
  • Fully competent as a generalist for the HR Disciplines including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employee benefits, communications – you have to "know it" and show it.
